We’re now looking for a Junior SDR (Sales Development Representative) to help us grow our outbound pipeline and connect with qualified companies and decision-makers.

💰 Compensation: EGP 7k - 10K + Performance Incentives

✔️ 1–2 years experience in SDR preferably in tech or B2B services / lead generation / outbound sales
✔️ Strong communication and writing skills
✔️ Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and cold outreach
✔️ Good understanding of buyer personas and qualification
✔️ Organized and capable of managing pipelines and follow-ups
✔️ Curious, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
🎯 Your Mission
You’ll work on generating qualified opportunities for tech hiring services by identifying the right companies, reaching the right decision-makers, and building outbound sequences that convert interest into qualified meetings.
This Hiring Quest simulates the type of outbound and qualification work you’ll be doing in the role.
🧪 The Challenge
🧩 Task 1 — Lead Generation Strategy
Explain 3 different ways you would generate qualified leads.
For each approach, explain:
Why this method makes sense
Which companies or personas you would target
What tools or platforms you would use
🧩 Task 2 — Prospect Qualification & Prioritization
From the Below list of companies and contacts.
Task 2 - list
Your task is to:
Select the BEST 5 prospects
Select the WORST 5 prospects
For each selection, explain:
Why you selected them
Whether the contact is a buyer, influencer, or non-buyer
Why they are or are not a strong fit
🧩 Task 3 — Outreach Sequence Design
Choose 2 prospects from your BEST 5 list.
For each prospect:
Explain how many outreach messages you would send
Explain the goal of each message
Write the content of each message
You may include:
LinkedIn connection requests
Follow-up messages
Re-engagement messages
Cold call opening approaches

Mention 2 objections you believe prospects may raise.
For each objection:
Explain how you would respond
Explain how you would continue the conversation professionally
📹 Video Walkthrough (Max 10 Minutes)
This is an important evaluation component.
Your video should include:
