Brief

Design a Game targeting android devices the game play should be suitable with the story provided, Game should be simple to be compatible with android devices, ancient Egyptian culture should appear in the design, story events should appear within your game events, be sure to provide detailed simple design to help the developer and don’t forget to reach maximum fun possible in the game. 

Guide

1- Concept and Theme:

  • Genre: Action, Strategy, Stealth

  • Setting: In the old Egypt period

  • Tone: varies depending on (Story Parts & Your Perspective)

  • Target Audience: All ages

2- Gameplay Mechanics:

  • Core Mechanics: Open to your choice. 

such as movement, combat, puzzle-solving, resource management, or decision-making. Ensure the mechanics are engaging, intuitive.

3- Game Story: (Only first two sections required) The Sinuhe Papyrus

Tasks

To create a great game design, follow these simple steps: 

  1. Establish clear objectives and goals for the players to achieve.

  2. Determine the visual style and art direction of the game.

  3. Audio Design: (Players sounds)

  4. Game Assets: (Reference assets or draw imagination of its shape)

  5. Create a well-paced game progression that gradually introduces new challenges and mechanics. (Should be balanced)

  6. Be sure to cover all story parts within your game

  7. Make sure that game is filled with useful knowledge 

  8. Any used sources must be referenced

Out of Scope

  1. Any development or scripting

  2. Any Asset creation (Only reference)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Please read the Design Scorecard to see how the winners will be selected, and how we evaluate the best code submission.

  • Minimum acceptable score is 80 (80% of 100). First, Second, Third place will be the highest score above 80.

  • If two submissions earn the same score, the first submission will get the highest place.
