Brief

We need to create a game story where players face challenges posed by the environment. The game will be designed specifically for mobile phones, making it easily accessible and enjoyable for players on their devices. To provide an engaging and immersive experience, we will incorporate the storyline you provided, set in ancient Egyptian culture. Players will explore the lives of the Pharaohs, witnessing their challenges and way of living. 

Tasks

To create a great game story, follow these simple steps: 

  1. Focus on designing an interesting story that will be fit for a game.

  2. Make sure the story will capture the attention of the players.

  3. Be sure that the protagonist and the supporting characters are well-developed and relatable 

  4. Offer real information and encourage player to hear more and learn 

  5. Provide several scenarios where player can make good and bad choices

  7.  Don't leave anything unknown or a point of wonder in the story.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Engagement: Does the story capture the player's attention and maintain their interest throughout the game? Is it immersive and compelling?

  • Relevance: Does the story align with the game's genre, mechanics, and target audience? Does it enhance the overall gameplay experience?

  • Character Development: Are the protagonist and supporting characters well-developed and relatable? Do they undergo meaningful growth and transformation throughout the story?

  • Pacing: Is the narrative well-paced, balancing moments of calm exploration and intense action? Does it maintain a suitable rhythm to keep players engaged?

  • Conflict and Antagonists: Is the central conflict or threat compelling? Are the antagonists well-defined, with clear motivations and believable personalities?

  • Player Agency: Does the story provide meaningful choices for players, with consequences that impact the world and narrative progression? Does it offer replayability and encourage player investment?

  • Emotional Impact: Does the story evoke emotions and create memorable moments for players? Does it explore themes that resonate with the audience?

  • Integration and Cohesion: Is the story seamlessly integrated into the gameplay, enhancing the overall experience? Does it align with the game's mechanics, setting, and aesthetics?

  • Originality: Does the story offer unique and fresh elements, avoiding clichés and predictable plotlines? Does it stand out among other game narratives?

  • Overall Satisfaction: Does the story leave players satisfied with a fulfilling conclusion? Does it leave a lasting impression and generate excitement for future installments or additional content?

  • If two submissions earn the same score, the first submission will get the highest place.

  • Minimum acceptable score is 80 (80% of 100). First, Second, Third place will be the highest score above 80.
