We’re looking for a
Junior Admin / Operations Coordinator who can help us organize, track, and coordinate hiring quests smoothly.

This Hiring Quest is designed to show us:

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

  1. ✔ Strong experience with Google Sheets & Excel (tracking, filters, formulas)

  2. ✔ Familiar with Airtable, Google Forms, Typeform, or CRM tools

  3. ✔ Comfortable using Notion, ClickUp, Trello / Jira-style tools

  4. ✔ Highly organized with strong follow-up & ownership

  5. ✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  6. ✔ Customer-focused mindset with empathy for candidates & clients

  7. ✔ Fast learner who can grasp new technical concepts quickly

  8. ✔ Experience with automations or multiple workflows is a plus


🎯 Tasks Structure

This quest has 2 tasks:

  1. Task 1 – Research & Community Mapping (Foundational)

  2. Task 2 – Hiring Operations Dashboard (Core Task)


🧭 Task 1 – Tech Communities Research

We want to see how you search, organize, and document information — a critical skill for sourcing candidates, reviewers, and partners.

📌 Task Description

Research and list the best and most active tech communities for the following fields:

  1. QA / Software Testing

  2. DevOps & Cloud

  3. Backend Development

  4. Frontend Development

  5. Mobile Development

  6. UI/UX Design

  7. Data / AI

🔍 Where to Look

You can include communities from:

  1. Facebook Groups

  2. LinkedIn Groups / Pages

  3. Discord Servers

  4. Slack Communities

  5. WhatsApp / Telegram Groups

  6. Forums / Platforms (e.g. Reddit, GitHub communities)

📊 Deliverable (Google Sheet or Excel)

Create a sheet with one row per community, including:

  1. Tech Field : QA / DevOps / Frontend / etc

  2. Community Name : Name of the group or community

  3. Platform : Facebook / LinkedIn / Discord / etc

  4. Link : Direct link

  5. Estimated Size : Members count (if available)

  6. Activity Level : High / Medium / Low

  7. Region : Egypt / MENA / Global

  8. Notes :Why this community is useful

👉 Aim for 5–10 communities per tech field

🚀 Task 2 – Multi-Job Hiring Coordination Dashboard

🎯 Your Mission

You are responsible for coordinating 10 active hiring jobs at the same time.

Each job has:

  1. Different candidates

  2. Different stages

  3. Reviewers & interviewers

  4. Deadlines & follow-ups

We want to see how you build visibility, tracking, and control.

✅ Dashboard — Trello OR Notion (choose one)

Your board must clearly show:

  1. 10 active hiring jobs

  2. Hiring pipeline stages: Registration → Submission → Review → Interview → Offer

  3. Candidate status per job

  4. Follow-ups & reminders

  5. Important deadlines

  6. Blockers / issues

  7. Reviewer & interviewer assignments

  8. Notes & comments

  9. Priority tagging (High / Medium / Low)

  10. SLA tracking (example: Review SLA = 48h)

🧼 Board should be:

  1. Clean

  2. Easy to navigate

  3. Logically structured
